Merrrr...

What has happened to Doctor Who?????

I was on one of the pic sites last night, just rootin' through and sorry, but the Nith Doctor and the Tenth are just.....so...UNDoctor!!

C'mon! Whatever happened to that mysterious traveler of Time and Space? He now looks like some magazine cover model:P (And not very good looking ones at that.:P )

He's SUPPOSED to be this non-human, eccentric, unpredictable, DIFFERENT! Not some beefcake!

They've ruined him. Killed him off. Feh. They've traded in Character for just looks. He's no longer Larger-Than-Life. He's just.....blah. Eye candy. Feh, I say again. To me the very last TRUE Doctor was Sylvestor McCoy. Paul McGann was all right but he never really got a chance to prove himself.

*sigh* They've ruined it all. When those new shows come over here, I really doubt if I'll bother watching.

Doctor Who is dead:(

Dr. Who changes with time, when featured in the 60's and 70's the shows cast the main actors of the day, now times have changed and viewers want to see younger and fresh talent.

Although neither doctor of the present incarnation had the same ways as the of ones, at least it brought the playfullness of the role. Even the wonderful soudns of the TARDIS and central contol system. It was definately better then the ghastly film that was made direct for TV, that was pure utter rubbish and should not have been made with such a low budget and high profile billing.

Well, they may have improved the special effects, but not the actors!:P
